🛍️ Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • To start a return, contact us at genzgalore.com@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the shipping address (Trendsi fulfillment center).

💸 Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimates, swimwear, and accessories

  • Clearance or final sale items
